The property is located in commercial the hot bath house district of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
Location: 2 hours south of Albuquerque; 3 hr south of Santa Fe, 4 hr south of Taos, 1 hour north of Las Cruces, 2 hours north of El Paso, 5 hours east of Tucson.
The town is known for it’s tourism due to it’s unique scent-free and highly mineralized hot mineral springs. Town receives hundreds of thousands of tourists each year who visit to experience the thermal waters. There are several months of the year in which there is a shortage of overnight stays and travels who did not plan ahead can not find a room.
The property is 1.5 blocks from Broadway and Main Street, the walking district of town and the center for culture featuring the local brewery, retail, art galleries, food establishments, a yoga studio, and social club. It’s one block from the Rio Grand river, between two parks (walking distance), 2 blocks from the city swimming pool, three miles from Elephant Butte lake, less than an hour drive to Apache Kid Wilderness, and a couple hours drive to the Gila Wilderness. Virgin Galactic’s Spaceport is just 30 miles from town.
