The property is truly an oasis. For the 17 years of it’s development the plant and tree life has lovingly been managed, and the trees immaculately pruned, so that throughout the year waves of life are expressed above and below. 

Once inside the large metal gate one experiences a canopy of shade: 4 cottonwoods, 4 pomegranates, 1 apple, 1 pear, 4 pines, a Washington Hawthorne, half a dozen mesquites, several flowering desert willows, a few elms, 3 mulberries, 3 jujube, rosemary, zatar, 1 almond, wolf berry, mallow, 3 poplars, pampas grasses adding white noise around the hot spring and lining property wall. 

Birds have long ago discovered the property and nest here annually. The sound of birds is a part of the experience of living on site.
